Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your purchase is made in British Pounds Sterling. If your card is in another currency the conversion will be made by your card issuer.
After confirming your order you will receive two emails. One from us confirming receipt of your order request and another from PROTX confirming that your card has been authorised. The contract document for your purchase is the invoice issued at time of despatch.You will receive an invoice from us at time of despatch.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will always contact you first for instruction. |
Shipping And Handling
We aim to despatch all products within one working day. Should there ever be a delay in this process we shall advise you. All UK and European orders are sent Royal Mail whenever possible. Large orders may be sent by alternative methods but you will be advised ahead of despatch. |
Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order within one business day . Our experience is that regardless of shippers promises delays can occur and we do not consider a delivery 'lost' untill 28 days have elapsed. |
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, we will contact you by email for further instructions. We do not automatically back order items or make split deliveries. |

Credit Card Security
For your added security we utilise the services of PROTX to manage all our credit and debit card transaction. PROTX are a leading UK third-party payment service provider. Your credit card detaisl are always secure and do get passed to us at any time. Once your order is completed your payment detaisl will be given to PROTX who then authorise your card. Funds are not removed from your card until we confirm shipment. You will not be charged ahead of despatch. |
